Today you can reach Socotra with a weekly DIRECT FLIGHT from JEDDAH scheduled for every THURSDAY. 
The return flights is scheduled for every THURSDAY.

Plesase note that Yemenia airways do not offer online booking yet.  This unfortunately means that in order to get a seat on this flight you need to be assisted by a local agency. To ease this process we use our local contacts to help make your flight reservations.

VISA

All tourists need a Yemeni visa to visit Socotra island. WE TAKE CARE OF THE WHOLE PROCEDURE FOR YOU.
The process usually takes few days and the visa will be issued here by the island authorities.
Free yourself from the headache of complicated visa procedures. The experienced staff at “Welcome to Socotra” have got you covered.

The only thing we need from you is a photo of the main page of your passport. Once we obtained your visa we will send you a copy by email, you just need to print it and show it at the Jeddah check-in counter in order to board the flight. We will be waiting for you with the original copy of your visa at the arrival hall at the Socotri airport.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • By booking a tour and making any payment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to the following Welcome To Socotra Terms & Conditions.
  • A deposit is required to secure your place, with full payment due to be paid cash on arrival unless otherwise agreed.
  • All payments are non-refundable. One date change may be requested up to 60 days before departure, subject to availability
  • All medical expenses and treatments are the responsibility of the guest.
  • Photos and videos taken during tours may be used by Welcome To Socotra unless declined in writing before travel.
  • Welcome To Socotra does not operate the flights. If any flight is delayed, cancelled, rerouted, or rescheduled (including due to weather, political issues, airline disruptions, or other force majeure events), no cash refunds will be issued. The only remedy is rescheduling or tour credit (non-transferable, non-cash).
  • If a guest must remain in Socotra due to flight disruption, an additional charge of USD 200 per person per day applies.
  • Guests are responsible for valid passports and visas. Travel insurance is not mandatory but recommended.
  • Welcome To Socotra may modify itineraries, accommodations, or activities for safety or operational reasons without refund entitlement. Welcome To Socotra is not liable for losses or delays caused by airlines, third parties, or events beyond its control.
